They have everything you need, from a TV and DVD player to free WiFi internet. The location is great, close to the town center, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing time exploring Albany and the surrounding area.

My children wanted a playground or some outdoor activities for the kids.

Stayed at a lovely cottage with a charming courtyard. The team was sooo helpful with food, drink, and shopping suggestions. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and the breathtaking views of the harbor.

The service we received was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we could possibly need, from ironing facilities to a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a lovely dining table. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected during our stay.

We booked the three bedroom cottage even though we were only two people. It was very quaint and gave us plenty of room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant without being intrusive. The position is close to the older main area of town and meant we could walk to restaurants, shops and some attractions - definitely a bonus.

The road outside the cottage is a little noisy early in the morning but settles down late at night. We slept in the front bedroom but would have been quieter if we had used the second bedroom.

We recently stayed at Harbourside Apartments And Houses for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with amazing views. The modern washer and dryer in the apartment were a convenient touch. When we encountered a strong chemical smell in our initially booked room, the staff promptly moved us to a new apartment. Their service was excellent. We were impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this city. Our hotel was so comfortable with all the modern facilities. It was situated close to the city centre and had easy transportation. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel had ample parking.

We stayed in the Bungalow which was private, located back from the road, provided our own personal parking area and had plenty of room for a couple. The lady who ran the place was nice and friendly and eager to help.
